Sen. Manny Villar today outlined the priority legislations which will be tackled by the two Senate committees under his helm when hearings start tomorrow, Wednesday. The Senate Committees on Economic Affairs and on Trade and Commerce will commence its hearings with a consultative meeting on August 25 at 1pm and 2 pm, respectively.

Pass law to stop identity theft, Villar says
Senator Manny Villar today pushed for the immediate enactment of a law that will address the growing concern over identity theft in the country. “Identity theft has become a serious concern, especially now that our society is becoming more and more dependent on online transactions,” Villar said.
